What is an ETI?

An Exchange Traded Instrument (ETI) is a product traded on the stock market that reflects the Net Asset Value (NAV) of the underlying asset or assets to which it is indexed. Its trading price is determined by updates to its NAV.

  • The ETI offers the possibility of indexing or reflecting the value of any type of asset or management, with or without leverage, in long or short positions.

  • The ETI can be purchased from any bank or broker, anywhere in the world, and by any type of investor.

  • The ETI It has passed compliance and regulatory due diligence filters and is fully regulated by the Frankfurt, Madrid and/or London stock exchanges.

ETIs Characteristics

  • The base structure of the ETls. Is that of a perpetual bond, without maturity and with zero coupon. However, this structure is flexible and can be configured according to the needs of each issuance.

  • Professional and retail investors, democratizing access to Investments opportunities that were previously restricted to professional investors.

  • The nominal value from 1,000 euros per title implicitly "fragments" the underlying asset into amounts accessible to retail investors.
